As I shared at our last meeting, each edition of the eNews moving forward will include updates to the sale of our building and property, and the relocation that will follow. To start, the contract has been completed and submitted to our Real Estate Agent, who will be selling our building. It is anticipated that it will be listed nationally by weeks end and signage should appear next week around the 7th or so.
I am requesting that if you are questioned about the sale of our building and property, please do not attempt to answer questions on price, square footage of the building, or acreage, etc. Please provide the name and contact of the individual party to Keith or me, we will provide this to our agent and allow him to do what he does as the broker in the sale of our commercial real estate.
An important planning meeting for ALL chairman of committees (i.e. stage crew, wardrobe, lights, sound etc.) as well as degree masters for all degrees will be held on Saturday the 8th of July. We will start at 08:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed the planning meeting that will start at 9:00 a.m. and finish by 11:00 a.m. or possibly sooner.
