Greetings my Brothers.

I hope you and your families are doing well.

As you know the Spring Reunion is scheduled for April 18 & 19, 2020, which is 77 days from now. Please note that this year, the reunion it is not the usual 2nd weekend in April due to the Easter Holiday, so please mark your calendars accordingly.

Here at the Orlando Valley, we have the distinction of conferring all 29 degrees each year, which is not common in Valleys. This honor can only be done by the hard work of you, my brothers. Here at the Orlando Valley we strive to offer the best experience as possible for our new Masters of the Royal Secret.

Your Committee on Work strives to identify changes and implement them in order to continue improving. As of the last reunion we started awarding Double Eagle points to degree members for participating in practices as well as doing their parts from memory.  I am happy to announce that with the positive feedback we have received and the number of brothers earning points, it has been decided to continue.  So, we will be awarding 75 Double Eagle points for degree practices and 100 points from parts performed at reunions from memory.

I urge you all to come to the Spring 2020 Reunion whether you are participating or just attending.  Take a moment to welcome our new members, see a few degrees, enjoy breakfast or lunch, and spend time with your brothers.  We look forward to seeing you there.

I cannot stress enough how all the success of our reunions is due to the time and dedication of YOU!  If you have a desire for a new role or opportunity to participate please let us know.  Currently Ill. Keith and I are compiling a list of brothers that want to be a degree master, participate in a degree team or be on a committee; whether on a temporary or permanent basis, please do not hesitate to reach out to Ill. Keith or myself, so we can help facilitate your requests.

If there is anything that I or the Committee on Work can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out!

In closing, thank you for all you have done, are doing, and will do for our fraternity.

Fraternally,

Jay Cebollero, 32° KCCH
Director of the Committee on Work
