Greetings from your Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida.  I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday!  I was recently looking at the Scottish Rite Journal and noticed an article about the Amazon.com charity site AmazonSmile.

All products and prices on AmazonSmile are the same as Amazon, with the only difference being that eligible purchases through AmazonSmile will donate 0.05% of the sale price to your selected charity. 

In addition, to recognizing Scottish Rite Foundation, SJ, USA, AmazonSmile also it recognizes the Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida, USA, Inc, which would go directly to the funds supporting our 14 Speech Clinics.

Signing up and selecting a charity could not be easier. All you need to do is go to http://smile.amazon.com to sign in or register and select the Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida

Step 1: Visit https://smile.amazon. com/ and sign up or into your Amazon account. 

Step 2: Choose a Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida charity by searching their EIN Number or name: EIN: 59-6139954 (Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida) 

Step 3: Congratulations! You are now signed up for AmazonSmile! All purchases made through https://smile.amazon.com will donate 0.5% of the purchase price to your chosen charity. 

Step 4: Make sure that you are logged into AmazonSmile (not Amazon.com) when you are making purchases, and the donations will be automatic!

That is all there is to it, just shop as usual, and the donations will be sent to “Your” Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida, USA, Inc.  As of the end of November, $1,299.71 has been donated to the Scottish Rite Foundation of Florida through AmazonSmile.
